Group Training
An interactive and fun enviornment!
Group classes consist of between 2-10 students and are designed to create an exciting and challenging atmosphere to train. We believe that the group setting can be the ideal motivation for an athlete. Classes will focus on the core muscle group, the key to any athlete's fitness goals whether it be to build muscle, lose weight or improve cardiovascular health. They will be interactive and fun, a great environment to improve your body and mind. For more information about Group Training, please fill out our contact form or call (917)-270-6451.
Leadership Development
Success, confidence, and achievement!
Leadership development will be built into our personal and group training classes or can be a separate class in itself. Students will work closely with an Olympian and a leadership professional to discuss the components that lead to success, confidence and discipline among many other qualities. We believe that our staff of Olympians, given their experiences and achievements, can be tremendous role models for our younger students. We will create a safe and effective learning environment that will allow all of our students to flourish.
Personal Training
We want you to be your best!
We connect you with an Olympian, who will work with our entire team, to create the ideal fitness and nutrition plans to meet your specific needs. And we will not just be with you at the gym. We will become your partner throughout the week to answer questions or address any concerns you may have regarding your body. For more information about Personal Training, please fill out our contact form or call (917)-270-6451.

Every fitness instructor with The Olympian Advantage is an Olympian. Our instructors have spent decades mastering their craft and now want to share their dedication, energy, and humility with your child.
Our leadership experts are exclusively educators from the New York City private school system.
Each class offering will feature a bio of the athletes and educators who will be running the program.
7. What if my child is not athletic?
The Olympian Advantage caters to all children regardless of their athletic ability. Our goal is to bring that inner Olympian out of each of our students.
Your child might experience some muscle soreness and stiffness, which usually happens to people who are just beginning an exercise program or to those who work the same set of muscles in a new and different way. Because of the large variety of strength and stamina building variations at The Olympian Advantage, students are apt to feel some muscle soreness after every class. Sore muscles will have ample opportunity to be stretched and relaxed during class because of the method's emphasis on musculoskeletal stretching.
8. Is the Olympian Advantage training future Olympians?
The goal of the Olympian Advantage is to bring out the absolute best in your child in a relaxed environment. We want to bring the spirit of the Olympics to you while having fun, but we cannot make any guarantees about future Olympic success. We'd be very excited, though, if a few Olympians came out of our program.

A Personal Message from Olympian Advantage Co-Founder, Keeth Smart
As a 3-time Olympian and silver medallist, I was fortunate to have so many great Olympians in my life, most importantly, my sister Erinn, to help me develop as both a competitor and as a person. Without these people, I would not have been able to achieve all that I have.
I started the Olympian Advantage because I want to connect Olympians, their expertise and their experiences to the world. Through personal training and small group classes our Olympians will help you to develop the fitness techniques, nutritional habits and overall mindset to reach your own personal pinnacle.
I believe that by being active and energetic and surrounding yourself with positive people that you can accomplish anything.
All the best,
Keeth Smart
